2. Availability & Seasonal Changes
Flowers are a natural product and subject to seasonal availability. We reserve the right to substitute blooms with varieties of equal or greater value to ensure your gift is of the highest quality.
3. Secure Payments
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Your financial data is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
4. Delivery Policy
Standard delivery occurs between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM. Accurate addresses are the customer's responsibility. If no one is home, we may leave flowers in a safe place or with a neighbor.
5. Flower Care & Refunds
Issues must be reported within 24 hours. To qualify for a refund or replacement, proper care must be followed:
- Use a clean vase with fresh water and flower food.
- Cut stems at a sharp angle.
- Ensure no leaves are submerged in water.
- Keep away from direct heat and ripening fruit.
