Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. All business conducted through this website is subject to these terms. Any changes are only effective if agreed by Sunnybank Flowers.

2. Availability
We endeavour to recreate the floral designs you select as accurately as possible. However, all flowers are subject to availability and seasonal changes. Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made without prior notice.
3. Orders
Each order receives an automatic reference number. Please ensure your email is correct. We may cancel or refuse any order if necessary. Orders should ideally be placed 24 hours in advance.
4. Payment
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store card details.
5. Prices
All prices are in British Pounds (£) and exclude delivery charges.
6. Delivery
Customers must provide a full, accurate delivery address. Deliveries typically occur between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM. If the recipient is unavailable, items may be safely dropped. Delivery times during peak seasons cannot be guaranteed.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Issues must be reported within 24 hours. Flowers require care to last up to five days. Replacements or refunds may be provided after proper care steps have been followed:
- Fill a clean vase with fresh water and flower food
- Cut stems at an angle
- Remove leaves below water level
- Refresh water daily
- Keep away from heat, drafts, and ripening fruit
8. Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of all products and investigate all complaints thoroughly. Valid claims receive a refund or replacement.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect loss, business loss, or loss of enjoyment, except for injury caused by our negligence.
10. Security and Privacy
Your privacy is protected under the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. You may request access or correction of your data. We may require proof of identity.
11. Personal Data
We collect personal data to fulfil orders and communicate updates. We may contact you about products with your consent. Cookies may be used to improve services. We do not sell or trade personal data.
